By creating an account or using Digi Smart Scan ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Digi Smart Scan lets you capture, clean up, sign, stamp, store, and share document images and files, generate certain business/legal document templates, and optionally back up files to a connected Google Drive account. Features may change or be added over time.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the documents, images, and files you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display Your Content back to you and to anyone you explicitly share it with, such as workspace collaborators.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. The legal-document templates provided are generic starting points, not legal advice — you're responsible for having important documents reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them.
6. Third-Party Integrations
If you enable an integration such as Google Drive backup, you authorize us to transfer copies of your documents to that third-party service on your behalf, subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
7. Data Storage & Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Your Content, including encrypted connections and access controls scoped to your account. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
